Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
Credimigo is built for lawful accounts receivable management and accounts-receivable automation. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes which use of the Platform is permitted and which use is prohibited. This AUP forms an integral part of the Agreement and the Terms and Conditions.
Prohibited use
It is prohibited to, via the Platform:
- send phantom invoices or otherwise non-existent claims;
- submit false, time-barred, disputed or otherwise unlawful claims;
- misuse identities of third parties or pose as someone else;
- send spam campaigns or unsolicited communication in violation of applicable legislation;
- carry out phishing or other forms of deception;
- infringe copyrights or other intellectual property rights of third parties;
- spread malware, viruses or other harmful code;
- violate sanctions legislation (including EU and UN sanctions lists);
- use the Platform for intimidation, threats or otherwise unlawful pressure on Debtors;
- undermine the security, availability or integrity of the Platform or of other users, including by means of reverse engineering, scraping, or attempts at unauthorised access.
Automated checks
Credimigo may check, in an automated and/or manual manner, for:
- fraud patterns;
- unusual activities or usage deviating from the User's normal usage pattern;
- suspicious uploads or documents;
- abuse of AI functionalities.
Measures
In the event of a (suspected) violation of this AUP, Credimigo may, at its own discretion and without prior warning:
- temporarily or permanently block accounts;
- refuse or stop files;
- terminate access to the Platform;
- report to competent authorities, if legally required or reasonably called for;
- claim compensation for damage suffered by Credimigo as a result of the violation.
